Return Policy
**Order Cancellation Policy:**
1. Wild Amber Fashion accepts order cancellations within 24 hours after payment but before items are shipped.
2. If cancellation is requested over 24 hours but before the items are shipped, a 9.65% handling fee will be charged for personal reasons. This fee will be directly deducted from the refund amount.
3. Please note that the above rules do not apply to label customized items, which are non-cancelable.
Customers can submit a cancellation request from the order list. Wild Amber Fashion will either approve or refuse the request based on the order's status. If the order is canceled, the refund will be credited to the Wild Amber Fashion balance within 3 business days.

At Wild Amber Fashion, we take care to ensure that every piece of clothing is well-packed, dispatched, and communicated about promptly to avoid inconvenience for our clients. Please ensure that all items are received in good condition and are not damaged or faulty.
You may request a Wild Amber Fashion balance refund for the following reasons:
**For damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items:**
Conditions for Wild Amber Fashion to conduct a resend or refund:
1. Wrong style, color, or size received.
2. Incomplete ratio received.
3. Damaged or faulty items received.

1. Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and different screen features.
2. The material of items shall adhere to the description and real pictures provided.
3. Quality issues do not include thread problems.
4. The odor problem of special fabrics will be eliminated after standing for a few days or washing with water.
If you have received an order under the conditions mentioned above, please notify us with an image of the original receipt within 4 days of receiving your order. Contact your private sales manager for confirmation via email or messages (their contacts can be found on your Wild Amber Fashion Account page). If the originally ordered product variant is available in stock, we will proceed with either a resend or refund based on communication. The refund will be credited to the Wild Amber Fashion balance.
